Membership is open to all licensed amateurs. Applications for membership shall be submitted in writing. A two-thirds majority vote of those members present at the meeting shall approve the applicant before he or she shall be considered elected to membership. Any member who has distinguished himself in an unusual and praise-worthy manner may be elected to honorary membership in the club with a two-thirds vote of the club members present at a regular meeting.
Dues are currently assessed at $12.00 per active member per year and $15.00 for family membership. Dues are based on the calendar year January 1 through December 31.

Meetings are held weekly every Friday at 7:30 PM at the Red Cross building located at 1101 Washington Street. Click here to go to map. If the meeting falls close to a major holiday it traditionally is not held. Notices of each meeting are published monthly in the VOX. The third meeting of each month is normally reserved for preparing the VOX for mailing and a social gathering. An auction is normally held on the fifth Friday of months that have five Fridays. Meetings are not held on the last two Fridays of December because of the Christmas and New Year's holidays.
